Guidelines for submission, review and publication of articles

  1. Electronic versions of manuscripts and scanned cover documents should be submitted by e-mail x12345@bk.ru. Printed versions of manuscripts should be sent to: 125057, Moscow, Chapaevskiy per., 3-775.
  2. In the journal article accepted for publication in the following scientific economic fields in accordance with the existing range of specialties of scientific workers: 08.00.01, 08.00.05, 08.00.10, 08.00.12, 08.00.14.
  3. The Editorial board examines the submission. If the submission meets the thematic and submission requirements, it is sent for review. Reviewers must have an academic (Candidate’s or Doctor’s) degree in the field which is related to the subject of the manuscript. Authors or coauthors of the manuscript cannot be reviewers of the submitted manuscript.
  4. Review terms are set to promote a quickest possible publication.
  5. The reviewer is provided with Author’s guidelines and Review Form which includes information as follows:
    • Article’s title and authors’ names;
    • Compliance of the article contents with the article title;
    • Novelty of the article;
    • Originality of the article (has it been published in whole or in part earlier; does it contain experimental findings, new theories; does it contain new science-based findings, invalid experimental data, etc).
    • Relation to novel scientific achievements.
    • Strengths and weaknesses of the article;
    • Revisions to be made by the author;
  6. Reviewers’ identities cannot be released to the authors unless the reviewers agree to discuss the article with the author, or the reviewer claims plagiarism or data falsification.
  7. If the reviewer recommends revising the article, the editorial secretary forwards the review to the author and gives the author further instructions about making revisions or reasonably rejecting the reviewer’s comments. The revised article should be re-sent for review.
  8. The final decision of whether to accept or reject the manuscript lies with the editorial board.
  9. All manuscripts are checked by plagiarism detection software “Antiplagiat”. The originality of the article should be not less than 70%. If otherwise, the checking protocol is sent to the author to meet the requirements.
  10. If the article is accepted for publication by the editorial board, the editorial secretary informs the author of the decision and terms of publication.
  11. If the article is rejected, the reasons for refusal are sent to the author.
  12. Original reviewer’s reports are kept in the Editorial office for five years.
  13. The Editorial Board of the Journal sends the copies of reviews to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation if requested.
